Step 1. In the Journal view, click the round button (+) on the left bottom corner
Choose *Create Good Habit*
Choose an available template or clik *Create Your Own*
Step 2. Set how frequently your habit will Repeat your Daily Journal. There are 3 tabs:

For the “Create Your Own” option, you have 2 options of unit “min” and “times”.
To use Timer or Pomodoro, please choose the unit as “min” or “hour”.
Manually log : you record the progress yourself
Sync with Apple Health or Google Fit: your habit automatically gets health data from your health app
Step 4. Choose which Time of Day your habit will show on a day, add Reminders, and choose a Start Date.
Step 5. Click Save to add it as a new habit to your Journal.
